Craftsmanship & Customization
The craft is the product. Every stage, made to order.
A single coat passes through a dozen pairs of hands and seventy-two hours of work before it leaves our atelier. And at every one of those stages — silhouette, pelt, construction, lining, labels, packaging — it can carry your brand instead of ours.
The Making
Four techniques behind every coat.
These are not marketing words — they are the names of the operations your coats will go through on our floor.
Pelt Selection & Matching
分皮 · Micron-level sorting
Before a single cut is made, pelts are sorted by micron-level precision — hair length, density, tone, and sheen are graded and matched so one sleeve never differs from the other. Only shoulder-matched, color-consistent pelts enter production.
Machine Slitting
机开分刀 · 0.5 cm strips
Each pelt is split lengthwise, then cut by slitting machine into "leek-leaf" strips just half a centimeter wide. A joining machine sews the strips back edge-to-edge — a process only masters with ten or more years at the bench can run without fraying a single strip.
Full Let-Out Work
全抽 · 穿刀工艺
The classic let-out: pelts are nailed to boards, tone-matched, cut by small knife, and lengthened by inserting fur strips — then finished with hand-sewn edges. This is what gives a let-out mink coat its flowing, fluid drape.
Horizontal Ridge-Back
横排脊子靠坎 · Relief construction
A technique preserved from 19th-century ateliers: the back is built in horizontal ridges, creating a sculpted, low-relief texture across the shoulders and spine. Rare on wholesale coats — it is a signature of hand-finished work.
Inside Every Garment
The details buyers feel before they see.
Finishing is where a coat stops being a garment and starts being a product worth its retail price.
- Lustrous specialty liningHigh-sheen woven linings, selected to complement the pelt color and replaceable on request for your own fabric.
- Custom metal furrier claspsHook-and-eye clasps in your finish — gold, gunmetal, or blackened — with logo engraving available.
- Hand pick-stitch "wave" sewingA rolling wave stitch worked by hand along every seam edge — visible only up close, exactly where your customer looks.
- Complete label suiteMain label, size label, and care label — woven to your artwork and sewn in matched positions, or supplied blank.
- Interior pocket architectureDeep interior pockets with bound edges, plus a hidden security pocket on request.
- Built-in drawstring waistAn internal drawcord lets the wearer shape the silhouette — the difference between a coat that hangs and a coat that fits.

Coffee Brown
咖啡色
Deep warm brown with an 18 mm velvet underfur and dense 0.8 cm short pile — the "golden density" standard for everyday luxury coats.
Silverblue
银兰色 · The soft gold
Under half a percent of ranch output — a cool smoke-blue pelt so prized in the trade it is called "soft gold." Limited availability, reserved by collection.
Pastel
帕斯条
Warm champagne-beige with a crown-velvet finish — the light-tone workhorse of boutique assortments and editorial windows.
Black Velvet
宝嘉美黑 · BLACKGLAMA grade
The benchmark black: short, uniform, lustrous velvet pile with brownish undertone at the base. BLACKGLAMA-grade skins available for premium programs.
Ivory White
白色
Pristine natural white — the most demanding pelt to match, and the most striking in a retail window. Reserved early each season.
Silvercross
银十字 · Every pelt unique
A natural cross pattern along the spine — no two pelts alike. A collector's colorway with genuine resale value, one garment per pelt batch.
Fur Care Guide
How your customers keep it beautiful.
Share this with your retail floor team — it is the care guidance we give every partner, distilled from decades of atelier experience.
i. Light & humidity
Store away from direct sunlight and humid corners. UV fades the dye and dries the leather side of the skin.
ii. Hang it right
Use a broad, padded hanger in a ventilated closet — never a wire hanger, never pressed against other garments.
iii. Let it breathe
No sealed plastic dust covers, no mothballs, and never spray perfume directly onto fur — all three damage the pelt irreversibly.
iv. Rain & snow
If caught in weather, shake off moisture and hang to air-dry naturally at room temperature. Never apply direct heat of any kind.
v. Keep off radiators
Distance from heaters and fireplaces matters — sustained warmth draws the natural oils out of the skin and stiffens it.
vi. Seasonal conditioning
Before each season, have the coat professionally cleaned and glazed. Glazing restores sheen and resets the nap.
