Shipping

Sample orders ship worldwide within 7 business days of payment via international express courier. Typical delivery is 7–14 days depending on destination and customs.

Wholesale orders ship by air freight or express courier after production completion and final quality inspection. Incoterms (EXW / FOB / DDP) are agreed in your quotation. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is agreed in writing.

All fur garments are climate-packed and include required labeling under the U.S. Fur Products Labeling Act, with certificates of origin and commercial invoices provided for customs clearance.

Returns & exchanges

Sample orders: Swatch kits are non-refundable once dispatched. Finished-garment samples may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached; the buyer covers return shipping.

Wholesale orders: Because wholesale garments are often produced to agreed specifications (size runs, colors, private labels), wholesale orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We will repair or replace any item with a verified manufacturing defect reported within 14 days of delivery — photographic evidence required.

Damaged or lost shipments

Inspect packages on arrival and note any damage with the courier before signing. Report issues to us within 48 hours so we can file carrier claims and arrange replacement.
